The Belgians

Banner & Blaze, our 2 geldings out raking hay on a gorgeous summer afternoon. These 2 geldings are full brothers and they are both in their 20's now. They get to do the easy chores and enjoy every minute they can be in harness.

We also have 2 mares that give the boys a break from the harder work. Dolly & Vicky are more then happy to carry out there share of the work and give their friends a break.

Our Belgians do help us out around the farm doing some of the hay mowing, all the seeding of our grains, the disking and dragging of the fields, hauling out the manure and many other jobs.
